Orders are normally shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS unless a specific request is made. We will happily ship with your preferred carrier and will charge you accordingly (an extra handling fee of $3.50 will be applied for special requests).

Orders are often shipped within 4-8 business days and our average delivery time is 7-14 days depending on the shipping destination. However, certain items are made to order and my take longer. We will always work to get you your order to you as soon as possible. Order may be shipped in separate shipments. No International shipments at this time.

We belong to a local package recycle group, don't be surprised at what kind of box your swag the dog goods may come in! We will always purchase "green" materials when available.
