Your satisfaction as a customer is vitally important to us here at the Swag The Dog Boutique. However, we do realize that issues arise. Our Return Policy is clearly listed here for your convenience in the unlikely event that you have an issue that may require additional customer service.

We provide exchanges or store credit only, unless item is damaged or defective. Here’s our 30-Day return policy: Even exchange for alternate size. Regular shipping and handling fees apply to all exchanges. If our product didn’t meet your expectations, simply return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition for a full merchandise exchange or store credit. No exchanges past 30 days can be honored.
**No returns on sale or clearance items.

Proper measurement is the surest way to avoid returns due to sizing issues. To guide you in measuring your dog and choosing the right dogs, we provide sizing charts for our designer brands and our custom dog clothes. Also check the size diagram. As stated above, we do not carry a large physical inventory and we order the majority of our product offerings within a few days of the customer ordering the products from our website.

Returns are accepted if there is a defect in the product in all circumstances. You must email us within 7 days of receipt of your order and return must be recieved within 30 days. We will do everything in our power to rectify the situation.

No exchanges past 30 days can be honored. Please send a new size request along with your order number and the shirt you want exchanged (must be in original condition and unworn).

Guidelines for Requesting Exchange or Credit
If we issue an exchange or merchandise credit, we will provide you with an address to where you can return ship your purchase at your expense. Any item returned to us must be in its original, unused condition. This includes all original documents, boxes, and packaging, with the tags attached to the merchandise. In addition,

• Your request must be sent via email within 7 days of receipt of your item
  
• Your request must include the invoice number, date of purchase, and item number.
  
• Please note in the correspondence if you wish to exchange for another item or if you would like a store credit.
  
• We will send you instructions for your exchange

Important Things to Note
Please allow additional time for exchanges. Some items are shipped from the designer or special ordered at the time of purchase.

• If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 3 days. Include your order number, date of purchase, and item number. Please also describe the defective merchandise. - orders@swagthedogboutique.com
  
• You are responsible to provide us with the correct mailing address. If your purchase has to be reshipped due to insufficient address, you will be billed all shipping costs
  
• We will accept a an exchange once per item. If you need to return an item more than once, a 50% restocking fee will apply.
  
• Heavy, oversized items may be charged additional restocking fees.

Note: All returns must accompany either the original or copy of your packing slip. We will not honor the return as we will not know where it has come from.

Other Return info
For your protection, we suggest you insure and return your package with a shipper who utilizes tracking information, such as USPS, UPS or FedEx as we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. Any return sent via regular mail is at your own risk as it is NOT trackable. We also suggest not overnighting or express shipping your return back to us. Please save your money as it will not process your return any quicker. Ground shipping is the most economical way.
