Can I buy a gift certificate redeemable on Swag The Dog merchandise?
Yes, just go to the gift certificate page. The person redeeming the certificate NEEDS a paypal account, which they can sign up for easily when redeeming, but you can purchase the gift certificate with a credit card - For more gift certificate information visit here

What is your method for shipping?
Orders are normally shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS unless a specific request is made. We will happily ship with your preferred carrier and will charge you accordingly (an extra handling fee of $3.50 will be applied for special requests). We do not ship outside the US at this time.
What is your shipping time?
Orders are often shipped within 7-10 business days and our average delivery time is 7-14 days depending on the shipping destination. However, certain items are made to order and my take longer. We will always work to get you your order to you as soon as possible. Order may be shipped in separate shipments.
*Some bulkier items are shipped by weight and will have a higher shipping charge and will be noted on that products page.

We belong to a local package recycle group, don't be surprised at what kind of box your swag the dog goods may come in! We will always purchase "green" materials when available.
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover (Paypal is our gateway)
Once you hit proceed to check out you will be taken to a payment screen. You DO NOT have to log onto Paypal unless you will be paying with Paypal. It will say on the same page.... "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account."
Can I place my order through the mail and pay with a personal check or money order?
We accept mail orders paid with a personal check or money order. When sending us your order, please be sure to include all product information (name of product, size, color/style) and shipping information (name, address, phone number and email address). Also be sure to add the necessary shipping charges to your total purchase. For UT State residents, sales tax must also be added. Please understand that orders paid for with a check will take additional time, as these orders are not shipped until your check has cleared.

Yes, at Swag The Dog Boutique your privacy and security is very important to us. We would never share your information with anyone and our site is a SSL secured site. What is your return policy?
We provide exchanges or store credit only, unless item is damaged or defective. We are an online boutique and do not have a retail store. We do not carry a large inventory due to keep our overhead low and keep our prices reasonable.
